The standards comply with Care Quality Commission Inspections and focuses on the clients and the factors that influence their quality of life. The standards are about care, services offered, client information, health & safety, staff, policies and procedures, management and quality.

We are very anxious to obtain your views on the service offered by Worcestershire Care Group; from time to time we phone our clients to ask them what they think, or we send them questionnaires. We analyse the results and work on putting right our shortcomings.
