April – May 2012 Compliments
The following compliments have been recieved in May from Droitwich client questionnaires:
A client said, “We are very satisfied with our care service and thank you.”
A client said they are very satisfied with what our girls do.
A flexible break client said, “the sitting service that you provide is invaluable to me, thank you.”
Mrs V said thank you to all the HCAs; who are very nice and the care is much appreciated.
Mrs J said, “I want to thank all my cares for the efficient way they work – to me they are my angels! thank you.”
Mrs B said she is very happy with our service, The girls are cheerful and helpful.
A client said that our service provided is wonderful and it has allowed time for me!
Mrs H said, “I am very happy with all the care I recieve and all the carers are very friendly.”
A client said- thank you for all my care.
A client said they were pleased on the whole with the service and the HCAs are very caring and consideration.
A client said the carers are very good.
A Heriott client said all the girls are kind and caring.
17th May
We recieved a care from a client’s family, “To all carers and staff involved with Mr L, many thanks for all your help and support over the last 2 years enabling Mr L to remain at home for as long as he did. It has been much appreciated.” They give a very big thank you to HCA Harry.
16th May
A private client in Bromsgrove has ended her care package with us s she is much better now and able to manage alone. She wanted to say thank you to all those involved in her care, help and support. She was most grateful and said all the staff had really helped her and were all splendid.
She especially thanks HCA Emma S and Riah.

A client’s daughter, gives Droitwich Co-ordinator Donna the biggest thank you in the world!

A job applicant said how friendly the office and people were when she attended her interview.

A client’s wife, said thank you to everyone who cared for Mr P over the passed 12 months, for their compassion and professional manner. She would especially like to thank HCA Suzanne, Tracey, Harry and co-ordinator Donna for always taking Mr P’s wishes into consideration.

HCA Alice said she was very happy with the training recieved by Worcestershire Care Group, it was brilliant and could not fault anything.
15th May
A Client’s wife said she thinks Droitwich co-ordinator Donna is wonderful and that she does a marvellous job.

Droitwich HCA Lisa, said all staff had been welcoming of her and said a big thank you to co-ordinator Donna who was always there to help no matter what the problem.

Mrs H, said she is very pleased with Droitwich co-ordinator Donna; who is very thoughtful about which HCAs she sends to Mr H.

Former HCA said, “My 3 years in caring were a wonderful and rewarding experience that I would recommend to anyone. I have learnt so much about the needs of other people, the community and myself. In fact I believe I have learnt more about life in the last 3 years than my 40 years in accountancy.”
He wants to sends thanks, appreciation and gratitude to all Staff/HCAs who were always there to help in a friendly, caring and professional manner.
24th April
Mrs H’s daughter said how good HCA Maurice had been with her mom over the weekend. Maurice had provided flexible breaks and took the time to talk to Mrs H and they got on really well.

Miss F sends compliments to HCA Alice, she said she really is a lovely girl and was pleased following her visit.
20th April
A client’s daughter, thanks all the cares as they do a great job and thank co-ordinator Donna for all her help.

Bromsgrove Co-ordinator Janice, received a gift from Mrs & Mr S, to say thank you for all her help and that it is much appreciated.
18th April
Son and daughter in law of Mrs B, said thank you so much to Droitwich HCA Gemma for the lovely way she looked after B over the years.

Mrs P, wife of Mr P, said that Ashley and Harry are excellent carers and are very good at their jobs.

Mrs M said how charming and professional Rebecca S, Kate and Carlaare.
4th April
Mrs B, sends compliments to the HCA’s that visit her. She said she is absolutely thrilled with all of them and loves them all!
She has never enjoyed people going to her house as much as she enjoys seeing them. She said since receiving different person – even her doctor commented on the change in her.

Mrs H thanked everyone for their support, especially Carol.

Mrs S, said she is really happy with HCA Aliss. She would like her to go more often as she gets on very well with her.
