January – February 2012 Compliments
17th February
Mrs B’s Daughter, said thank you for all our help with the wedding calls, it went very well. Everyone was there at the right times.
16th February
Mr B’s daughter called to say her Dad is a lot happier and generally more relaxed now he is home. He is happy to wash each morning (as HCAs wash him in warm water, rather than cold like the nursing home). Mrs H is coping well and pleased to have her husband home and see him happy. They said all HCAs have been courtesy and have delivered the care professionally.
15th February
Mr M is really happy with HCA Ashley, he said Ashley is great, very pleasant and on the same wave length. He would love for him to go again as they are going to plan draughts.
15th February
Mrs T, said, “Thank you to all the girls and boys who have over the last three and a half years have shown care, compassion and friendship for her Dad. Mr C came to know all the carers as friends just popping in to see him. Mrs T and her husband benefited from the visits and wants to pass on heart felt thanks to everyone involved.”
13th February
Mr P’s wife, said “thank you very very much to HCA Jon and would be really pleased to see him again!”
8th February
Mr T’s daughter in law, said HCA Lisa is really good with Mr T and with encouraging him to eat. She said it would be great to clone her!
3rd February
Mrs H’s daughter said a huge thank you to HCA Jackie. She is very impressed with the excellent service out company provides and is very grateful to Jackie for her quick thinking regarding an incident at her mother’s.

Mr B’s daughter sent gifts to HCA Caroline and office staff as a thank you for the care we provide for her father.
1st February
Mr T’s daughter in law, wanted to say how great they think HCA Lisa is. They said she is wonderful and is great with Mr T.

Miss T, said how great HCA Libby was, she was really “switched on” and “on the ball”. She gives her 5 stars and would happily have her again.
31st January
Mrs H, said thank you to everyone for all their help. All the carer’s have been friendly and very helpful.
27th January
A client mentioned Worcester HCAs Gemma, Tracey and Sandra were all really good and “go that extra mile.”
26th January
Mrs H’s daughter would like to thank the team for their prompt action and that all our HCA’s fo a wonderful job.
25th January
Mr F, said how well his wife and himself get on with HCA Tracey. He said they have had care agencies before where the carers were nice but “just go through the motions”, but Tracey is wonderful. He said she is a very genuine carer.
Mr F also thanked co-ordinator Janice for adding in extra calls.
25th January
Mrs C said HCA Jo is wonderful with the sitting service, she is very reliable and dependable.

Mr F with regard to his wife Mrs F, said how well a sitting went, he was slightly worried but HCA Laura and Mrs F got on very well. He wanted to say a huge thank you and to pass on thanks to Laura, as she was very good.
24th January
Mr T’s wife said “how wonderful new HCA Ashley is, Mr T is very fond of him and Donna to send Ashley as much as possible. They both said Ashley had a lovely nature and a added bonus that he could play chess!”
23rd January
Mr B’s daughter, said how pleased she is with our service, our staff and all the help we’ve given them. This is a new package as they weren’t happy with their previous providers.
20th January
Pam – member of the office team, wanted to thank Hilary and everyone in the office for making her feel so welcome. She said she has thoroughly enjoyed her time working for the company, both as a HCA and as administrator/co-ordinator.
20th January
HCA Philippa wanted to thank Worcestershire Care Group for the experience and opportunities given to her. She said she has enjoyed working for us and mentioned that she had learnt alot since working here.
19th January
Team leader Michaela said how happy the droitwich ladies are with new started Ashley.
10th January
Mrs B’s Sister was very complimentary about our HCA’s, especially Tracey M, Tracey S, Vicky and Viv. She is very grateful for everything that has been done for her sister.
6th January
Ms P, daughter of Mr and Mrs P, said how pleased her Mom and Dad are about the care they are recieving. They would like to thank everyone involved.
6th January
Mrs B social worker on behalf of Mrs G, thank co-ordinator Donna and the HCA’s for all the hard work and support given to her over the last 6 months. Mrs G has improved so much thanks to our help and support. They say a special thanks to HCA Heather who was very supportive.
5th January
Mrs S said she would like to see HCA Vicky and Viv as much as possible. She gets on very well with them and really likes them both.
